B. Quality Inspection Requirement:

1.  All poles to be acid cleaned before powder coating, the finish is to be smooth, without spots, dunk(bubbles), scratches and free of ‘off-powder’ coating on the finished tubes.

2. The size and material (specification) of the products must be the customer's request

 3.  All the plastic parts should be made from new Virgin (original) polymer, not  recycled There should not be any burrs, air holes, gaps, stress marks or discolouration on the surface of the plastic

4. Fabric Canopy; cut according to the above manufacturers efficient cutting pattern

5 All the ironware part: The surface of bolt, rivet and washers must be powdered with Zinc. The screws on the tilt (9) and top cap (10) must be Alum,

6.The screw and spring on the base made by SS

7.The base don't need Zincification first then powder coating.

8. The sewing thread used on the umbrella canopy must be UV stabilised, the thread color must match the fabric color, and the sewing width must be consistent. There must not be slip stitches,breakages, loose threads, fragments or other poor workmanship.
